Mr. Galván is an Attorney with the Firm based in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Galván represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated in violation of state and federal laws. Mr. Galván has successfully represented employees through the EEOC process and litigation with claims arising out of Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family Medical Leave Act, the American with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Galván brings his passion and experience in employment law to the Firm by continuing to represent employees with discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. He also provides advice and guidance to small business owners with employment matters.

Mr. Galván is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the recipient of the St. Mary’s Presidential Award. During law school, Mr. Galván served as a staff writer for the Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues, where he focused his writing on the impact of the coverage provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act on restaurant, janitorial, and construction workers. Mr. Galván also interned for an employment non-profit organization where he helped recover overtime wages for low-income workers. Mr. Galván holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology with a concentration in Anthropology from St. Mary’s University.
